I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The Senior Suite was spacious and impeccably clean The buffet breakfast was a delight, with fresh options that really energized our mornings. I can't get over the prime location in the heart of the neighborhood, surrounded by an array of restaurants and attractions.

I was disappointed with the check-in experience. Despite requesting early check-in before our arrival and agreeing to pay extra, the staff informed us there was no room available when we arrived. We ended up waiting for nearly eight hours in a small area with our tired children before finally getting access to our room. Additionally, the noise from the surrounding nightlife was bothersome, disrupting our sleep during our stay.

The location was amazing, just a quick walk to Kennedy Park. Room spacious, comfortable bed made for great sleep. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, and hot options, fueling my mornings perfectly. The café served excellent food, even if you're not a guest. it's worth a visit. The gym facilities were complimentary, a nice perk. On the downside, the elevator is quite small, often leading to waits. The noise from Pizza Alley late at night became a bit bothersome. Although the staff provided excellent service overall, I noticed some inconsistencies in how guests were treated during breakfast regarding room key checks. Just felt a bit off.

Wicked spacious suite, had a living area that really made it feel like home. The breakfast was delicious too, especially that chicharrón! Only downside was they dropped the ball on cleaning our room, which was a letdown after all the good vibes. Not gonna lie, the noise from the street rolled in late, kinda annoying.

My Junior Suite on the 7th floor was spacious with lots of natural light from the big windows. The breakfast buffet featured a great selection of fresh fruits and hot dishes that energized my mornings. The location was convenient, just minutes away from Parque Kennedy and a short walk to the seafront.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, fitness centre, and laundry services. I remember when the staff gave me the best local taxi tip. I highly recommend their café for amazing food! I'm coming back for a city break.
